wasnt saying that was for me. it was a suggestion for the people that have those issues. I only had it when i was on hospital due to bad platelet counts which led to the smallest of cuts bleeding for hours and hours and bruises lasting for weeks.

i personally don't really mind/feel the pain of pinning, but the time i need to squeeze the oil through my 25g... wow, its like a workout all by itself.
