that would be a rather bleak sitch i cant get rid of it, maybe i should move to the great CANADIA
here in south africa we have some of the best surgeons in the world, but everything is private and not gvmt. aided so its costs some big dosh to get anything done

its not gyno by the way, its not sensitive at all, just very big and puffy.... quite self concious about it
