I mean the Sketcher's shoes were basically marketed to fat-asses who weren't going to diet or hit the gym anyways. So the outcome really didn't affect them any more than some gym membership they paid for but never used.
With stuff like Ageless Male or that Super Beta Prostate crap, you got a group of men with medical conditions that need actual medical treatment. They're getting duped by some BS ads in to using a product that doesn't work rather than going to a doctor and getting proven treatments. I mean this should be criminal and not just something they can be sued over.
