Working out on a bad sleep

Say you had trouble getting a full sleep in ( I work 2 weeks of nights days and afternoons, sometimes have trouble sleeping during shift change) and it's a workout day. Should I just skip the workout? If I feel fine i'm good to go?

if you feel like your good to go then workout...if your not feeling it then dont man its up to you...how bad do you want it?...i work 12-15 hrs a day and travel over a 1000 miles a week to work leaving very little time to sleep because im too busy with my personal interests i.e. weight training, mountain biking and of coures my biggest priority, family so i guess i dont understand why your asking us this..again man how bad do you want to succed in your goals?....if you want it bad enough then you will find a way to get it done...

Just heard an ad for this the other day. Google shift work disorder. They have a new prescription medication to help improve wakefulness in people working non traditional hours it's called nuvigil.
