If your diets perfect what's your macros? How many calories are you taking in a day? There's more to having a perfect diet plan then just eating clean good foods. I thought my diet was great for a long time. I seeked nutritional help and it made a huge difference. What were saying is with your already high test levels and a good nutritional plan you should be able to put on some weight. We see this everyday bro and trust me if you can't gain naturally aas will bot get you where you wanna be!! You eat to be 205lbs. Ya sure you'll gain some weight on cycle but when you finish your pct and still eat like your 205 you'll go right back to being 205. People get the wrong idea with aas. They think you take a pin and get huge. As well as keeping all your gains. It doesn't work like that.

I eat 2500 at a 40/40/20 ratio now that I am maintaining, on days that I do cardio i increase my intake. I have been working to maintain my lifts which are 275 bench, 345 squat, 405 dead-lift while staying lean, the body takes care of the rest, at least that how I see it, these are my stats at a low bodyfat and low calories.

The thing that bothers me about remaining natty is that even when you are willing to work hard you results are still limited and you have to lower volume as you cut so you inevitably loose muscle, lets say i did a cycle and managed to gain only 5 pounds in 4 months and keep it, that would still be better than what is possible naturally (I would make sure to have better gains if i did a cycle of course)

AAS or not you can maintain strength while cutting. Yes there will be some loss but based on your diet and training you can minimize you losses.

At your age and size, 5 pounds of LBM is not extremely difficult in 4 months

    Well i was beaching 315, squatting 375 and deadlifting 500 at 220.

Problem is when i cut to 205 they went down, bench 275, squat 345 and DEAD 405!
How do i stop that from happening. I have decided to delay using but it is hard to let go of your gains, I worked hard to get to where I am and it beats me up that I'm so much weaker, I wanna be strong while being lean, what would you suggest while cutting to maintain strength? It is easier said than done.

Training and diet is everything. They have to adjust.

I was recently cutting a large amount of weight. While on my cut though my training changed and I adjusted my diet to maintain strength. My bench went from 450 at 265 to 435 at 228. Now that i have cut so much I am comfortable adjusting my diet to slow the weight loss and add on more strength. I am still at 225 and my bench has gone back to 440.

I have not taken any AAS in a year and nothing more than bcaas and protein for supplements.

Your training volume and style must change as well as your macros in your diet to suit your needs. In this case for me it was to cut with minimal loss in LBM.

How did your strength stay so high. What I do is I cut on the same programme as I was bulking but reduced the volume, when I cut down my new found bench went from 315 to 275! I still ended up increasing my bench by 50 pounds from when I started but I would like to keep more, should I loose slower than a pound a week, should I reduce volume even further, I dunno I was very discouraged by how quickly I lost strength when i went below 10 percent.

And WOW you can Bench 440 at 225, that would be somewhere I'd like to be in the future, how tall are you?

It depends on where that pound a week is coming from. If you are losing a considerable amount of muscle along with fat then yes you will lose gains more drastically. What does your diet look like from a macros standpoint while bulking and while cutting?

I would never eat the same after PCT, i have been very clean with my diet and have managed go from 250 pounds to 205 lean. I know how to eat. The problem with me isn't about gaining strength or muscle it is about keeping it while cutting as you have to get fatter to get gain muscle. I never go out drinking or eating with friends, I stay dedicated 24/7, i eat sleep train repeat. I am not looking at AAS as a magical fix for the training and lifestyle but just wanted to speed up the process of me reaching my genetic potential.
