There is a new member named G Lock. I think you and he would be best friends. You both have the same thoughts.

Well i do know how to diet and train,
went from 250 to 178 like an idiot as an 18 year old
Gained fat and muscle over a year and got back to 220 and was much than I have ever been before benching 315, squatting 375 and deadlifting 500 (one rep).
I decided to cut and cut down to 205 got the look I have always wanted but would like to bigger. I know it is possible naturally but I just want to get there faster. That is all I really want. I want to be 215-220 at 8 percent or lower and be very strong. I was thinking instead of going through another two years to get there why not speed it and work on maintaining my gains, I have seen potential in me and have worked very hard, almost feel like I deserve it, thoughts please. Again I'm not on a cycle.
Okay I read some of his posts. Come on, the guy is 5'8" and doesn't know what his exact weight is, 150-160, what does that mean? Also he is into rap and gaming and wants to put other people down.
I on the other hand am 6'3" and 205 at 8 percent or lower, I know how to eat without which I wouldn't be where I am right now. The only reason I was even thinking about AAS is to reach my goals quicker. I am disappointed with my loss in strength which might be why I am thinking about AAS.
So please stop comparing me to this G Lock character, none who is 19 and only "150-160" should speak (or must i say type) like that.
I didn't think of AAS in response to depression or a magic fix that wouldn't need me to train or eat properly any longer. The guys my age are usually doing stupid stuff like chest and biceps EOD and yes most young people are looking at AAS as a magic fix thinking that they would become Arnold the next day. Well I have to say I am an exception, I don't train for women, attention etc. Ever since I started training seriously I have only focused on compound movements, nutrition has been good gaining a pound a week all the way from 190 to 220 (30 weeks) after which i cut down to 205(15 weeks). So in 45 weeks, I have never cheated on my diet, consistently made gains and progress. I like the lifestyle but now that I am in my final year in university I was thinking of reaching my goals by graduation (220 pounds 8 % or lower). In other words graduate with high grades and the body I have always wanted(and willing to work for). Please refrain from comparing me to an idiot like G Lock, as I said none who is "150-160" should rant out like that.
I came here to make friends and seek advice and IMO the best way to learn about training and nutrition is from those who use AAS as many of them work harder than one could imagine and really know how things work.
