    Workout is westsides. Max effort and speed days 5 times a week. I sleep 9 hours. I eat fruits and veggies in morning eggs and some type of pork around lunch, no fast food. Protein shake everyday even off days. I'm on creatine, bcaas, glutamine, vitamins, fish oil. I'm doing everything I can.

    Your not doing cardio. That is a big part of this. Look we do not know you, we will never be in competition with each other. We are trying to scare you off this because you are going down a real bad road with consequence you do not understand. The rest of your life hopefully is a long time to be messed up. Do yourself a favor and take six months and do the cardio three miles a day or more, clean up the diet get a calorie counting app for your phone and count everything. No soda no chips no French fries no fried food at all. Bench is my specialty if that is what you are worried about, post your full workout we will all help you. Just don't dive into something like this without exhausting everything.

    What is your bodyfat %? If you don't know, you should. You can also post a pic when you turn 18 (otherwise it would be kiddy porn) so we can estimate it for you.

    Sorry for the sarcasm man, but this is a truly bad idea. You are actually talking right now to some people who have done exactly what you want to do and who wish they hadn't. Is that not sinking in at all?

    Have some patience now and reap the benefits later.
