Got my bloodwork back.

So I got my BW back my test level is 3275. This is really high right? See I thought the test I had was bunk so I was overdosing. I think I am going to cut back. What do you think about the test levels?

Also my estrogens were 303. Even though I am on an AI. I think it's just because I didn't increase the dose of the AI when I upped the test.


My main question though is what are considered ideal test levels?

you probably shouldn't adjust the amount of test your pin by looking at on-cycle blood work. its good to know that your gear is not bunk, and its good to know your estro levels, so you can adjust your AI accordingly. but the amount of test you pin per wk, should be only dependent on your cycle experience.

first cycle, 400-500mg/wk

second cycle, 500mg/wk

subsequent cycles, only increase if gains were poor on the previous dose.

btw, how much are you pinning now? if you plan to decrease the dose to the usual recommended dose, then your estro will also drop, so may not need to adjust the AI.

Why not go by blood work? That is the exact amount in your body. With all these UGL's going by what they say is in it, doesn't seem very accurate to me. It seems to me going by the actual test levels in your body would be much more accurate, IMO. But it would probably be difficult to do, and require weekly blood work.


But my question really is what is considered an ideal test level while on cycle? 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000? Or is this information not available, and/or no studies have been done on this topic?

There is no ideal range, since there is no ideal dosage of test for a cycle. But you're right around where ~400mg/week would put me. So that's definitely not too high for a cycle.

Well, I am taking letro. Why is my estrogen so high? I am dosing at 2.5mg EOD, and sometimes I throw in an extra dose, on the day off. I got it from Ar-r so it should be g2g.
