what do you take now? I never could feel any vitamins working, can you describe what you felt?

an overall sence of well being & energised in the gym but i was also geared out at this time taking all kinds of supplements & a bad diet so im sure i needed vitamins but for $20 id say buy a can & see if you like, my old workout partner swears by em n i did like em

Oh now at the moment im just taking some random jankster vitamins but im just getting back into being healthy instead of big outside & toxic inside so i gots me a trip to super supps on monday
