Thread: How do you guys explain your gains to people?

    You gotta break it to the mrs, it will save a lot of heart ache in the long run.

    well no mrs. as of yet. A steady girlfriend though. I've mentioned to her that i may consider using in the future sometime and she wasnt too keen on it, but we just left it at "we'll talk about it when the time comes".

    I dont plan on crazy bulking either when I'm on. Gonna start at 250 calories over maintenance and adjust week after week. I see no point in putting on whole bunch of fat only to have to try and cut it later.

    If you eat clean and dial your diet in properly, you can easily go over 500 cals over without putting on fat, especially if you add post weight training cardio. If you find your putting on fat decrease carbs a bit. AAS aid in nutrient partitioning and make your body much more efficient at processing food.

    planning on running just the basic 500mg of test e only, which wont kick in until the 4th week at the earliest. So how many calories above my tee do you recommend I start out at?

    Ok so you have sown that seed of thought, now ramp up it up a notch, I think she will come round, if she really doesnt like it then she aint the girl for you my friend, dont go through life hiding AAS use from a girl, its double trouble when she finds out, I read about it all the time on here.

    It's a double edge sword. Either way it can screw you. Don't tell her and she freaks 4 years into a relationship because you weren't honest. Tell her and she
    a) tells all her friends,
    b) leaves and tells everyone why
    c) stays and when you break up later (or worse get divorced) it gets thrown around to everyone anyway (maybe during a divorce proceeding to a judge).

    Personally, I hid it and she found out on her own. She decided to stay because I am more then an anabolic steroid user. Its a small aspect of my life. This could still end up with a,b, or c coming into play somewhere down the road. I dont see how you are more damned either way. I certainly wouldn't tell just anyone. Unless you are going to spend the rest of your life with this person self preservation dictates you keep your mouth shut.
