    Maybe with running, light resistance training and anavar i can look nicely in shape? Dont need to look like a huge bodybuilder, my days are gone like you said, i have come to terms with that, but i do want some nice muscle still, super lean is my new style

    I was thinking a low impact type cardio. I'm a former distance runner with a neck injury as well. the impact from running will still have an effect on your spine/neck, or at least it does mine. if you feel the need to run, best to run at the park and on the lawn, where some of the impact will be absorbed. just watch for friggin gopher holes. I fell in one, twice in the same day, a few years ago, and was real lucky i didn't break my ankle.
