    wen i first got my stuff--my guy told me to hit 60 2x daily, off top--man i felt exactly like you felt--the rush was cool tho. that was 120mcgs tho. i could literally feel it when i took my morn dose- but not night as i went to bed.

    also drink lots of water, get potassium and other sups to prevent the pumps. I use to get mine in bottom of my feet. the arch--them ma****ers hurt like hell.
    for me, anything past 120mcg's would cause strong chest pains about 3/4 way through the day.. the happiest day of my cut was the 2nd day after my clen/t3 stopped and the discomfort went away... from 40-100mcg i had no pain.

    I agree though too,,, dont start clen during pct.. with pct you should UP your macro calories to retain more of your gains. (advice from the PCT section in this forum)

    Well jeeze I got advice to run clen during PCT from members here. They say up your calories post cycle and take the clen to avoid gaining fat and because of it's anti-catabolic properties you will keep your cycle gains while your body gets it's natural test production back.

    I assumed that since you were on clen you were cutting, and thus reducing your calories.. but since i read that your not, more power to you.. good thing too cause i was like "what? he just got great results and now is going immedietly on a cut,,, wtf?" how were your results by the way of your cycle?
