I don't eat every 2 hours i have read a lot of research on this and also decided to quit eating like that. I eat when i am hungry and i stop eating around 7pm at night, i don't have the whey protein shake before bed either, i will have 5g of glutamine because i read a lot of good about it, same has GABA before bed. Not sure how much arginine i will be taking probably what is recommended on the label.
I don't worry at all has long has the weight keeps going down and i am stripping the fat it does not mater how i do it, low carbing, low fat, intermittent fasting, eating 5-6 times a day.
