    6 week cycle

    Age: 24
    Weight: 200 lb
    body fat: 11-12 %
    Height: 177 cm
    goal: lean bulk then cut naturally for a show by mid August

    Do u guys think it's worth the effort to do a 6 week cycle or is it a waste ?

    my cycle wil be :

    Week 1-6 : Test Prop 100 mg eod + 50 mg anavar ed

    yes thats me from a year ago. I look much alot bigger and leaner now. thanks to you guys and especially the people in the nutrition forum

    wats your thoughts on the cycle buddy ? I havent cycled in 2 years. do u think its worth it ?

    Thanks for the replies guys . My last cycle was 2 years ago . It was a 12 week cycle consisting of 500 mg of test enanthate and 400 mg of equipoise. From that time i promised myself not to use roids until i was older and more experienced. Do u guys think i should use hcg and an AI during my cycle ? If so wat would be the best protocol ?

    def an AI, id use adex and start @ .25mgs eod. HCG would be a great addition aswell 250iu 2 x week, run both all the way up to the start of pct.

    Where i come from they only sell 1 mg tablets of arimidex . Do u guys usually break the pill ?

    ya you can buy a pill splitter at the pharmacy for like 2-5$

    Yes. They sell pill cutters at any pharmacy. I quarter my 1mg tablets.

    So here is what i decided to do:

    Week 1-6: 100 mg test prop/eod + 50 mg anavar/ed
    Week 1-6: .5 mg arimidix eod + 250 IU hcg/2xweek

    PCT :

    Week 7-12: 20 mg nolvadex ( except first week 40 mg)
    Week 7-12: 25 mg clomid ( except first week 50 mg)

    Honestly I love the fact your keeping it simple. But its a competition. I may get frowned upon with this one but. Prop, tren a, mast, clen and T3.
    But yours looks good and will work I would however start the armidex @.25. Hcg looks good

    Thanks for the advise bro. I feel that i need more experience to be using drugs like tren + masteron. I always try and keep my cycles really simple to prevent future side effects. The last 2 years i gained a decent amount of quality muscle just from pure supplements and diet. I have never done t3 before but I did have a really bad experience with clen and i dont think I will ever risk taking it again. I will keep u in touch with my progress

    Thanks stpete for the help. I will probably start with 100 mg test prop eod and then increase dosage according to condition. I am trying to keep fat gain and water retention to a minimum

    Why 150? The consensus here seems to be that 100 is enough. Is it due to being such a short cycle?

    when it comes to bodybuilding you should go for condition instead of making a magic weight # that u feel you will be at optimal condition for your show..

    i dont understand .. they wont be like "sorry your 2 big or small to compete here"...

    i do know that if i was a little fatter at my show that i got 3rd of 8 in my class i would have been in the heavier class which only had one competitor i would have gotten no less than 2nd.. but still i would be happier getting a less placing and looking better than looking sloppy and getting a placing by default..

    Under 154 is lightweight.
    154-176 is middleweight.
    176-198 is light-heavy.
    Over 198 is heavyweight
    He obviously knows he will be shredded around 198 because he knows his body. But if he want to compete heavy weight he has to be at least 198. 197 he's competing in light heavy. I competed middle. I had to be under 176. I couldn't come in 180 and do middle. You have to make weight

    Just had my last cheat meal :

    350 gram of tenderloin steak + 300 grams of brocolli + 3 small pieces of cookies

    I will hopefully start the cycle this wednesday

    Today i bought :
    Liv 52 , cycstone for the kidney , vitamin c for cortisol control .
