    lol no. In reference to the other thread with bear.

    With being natty...its been my experience a .5-a pound gained on the scale per week is a good caloric surplus to be at. And for cutting a pound is pretty good as well. Any more than that you're gonna burn muscle if you're already on the lower end of the bf scale.

    how can you measure .5 accurately per week? My weight shoots from 3-5lbs everyday randomly, If i don't shit i weight 2 lbs heavier, you know?... Maybe a pound not sure:P

    weigh yourself first thing in the morning without eating or drinking anything. Do it daily and you'll get a good general direction of where things are going.
