I suppose there are a bit of variables to this. . .i.e. yourself, diet and juice.

My diet was garbage 80% of my cycle, when the test enan hit me I blew up and bawls were half their normal size.

I gained and I gained and ate and gained. Of course this was not the best way of doing this that's why I gained 8%Bf.

But, if the juice is there along with the protein and you are training hard it should work.

Just because you trust your source doesn't mean shit. That crap could have been underdosed like no other and there is no way to tell without a blood test.

As for diet, if you didn't count your numbers that is not a good thing bro. I have been counting calories, fat grams and protein near forever. I hit a minimum of 3k cals per day & a minimum of 300g's of protein along with a ton of carbs < yes, I know this is not proper, but it works.

Your diet might be to blame though,

breakfast - large pb sandwich and protein shake - 80p/800 cal
    lunch - 1lb 80/20 ground beef, bread rolls, fruits - 100p, 1500 cal
    dinner - 1lb 80/20 ground beef, bread rolls, fruits - 100p, 1500 cal
before bed - smaller meal maybe fish or chicken, rice or bread, nuts - 60p, 600 cal

^ where are the complex carbs? the oats the pasta or something grain like at least?

But that's the only true thing I see lacking from your crap diet. Kinda like mine, but I ate tons of brown rice & raw oats - And still do.

thanks for the advice bro. but simple vs complex carbs really doesn't matter much as long as you hit your macros. it can't be the difference maker between amazing gains and minimal gains

Says the guy that says he is a poor responder to testosterone? Give me a break. We've all accomplished what you haven't. Why? Because we know how to eat. I was 5'10" 205lbs lean before I started cycling. How did I get there? I ate quality whole foods and didn't convince myself that protein shakes and peanut butter Kelly sandwiches could substitute for real wholesome food. But why even ask? You seem to think you have it figured out....

Everyone here for the most part has explained your problem and you wont accept it. There is no magic pill or injection that will make you big. Shitty food (especially simple carb like you eat) lead to fat deposits. You gained fat due to insulin spikes driven by simple carb ingestion.

Not trying to be a dick here, but why even ask if you won't accept the answers you are given. 10 grams of white bread is not the same nutritionally as 10 grams of sweet potatoes. Your diet is nutritionally lacking. That is why you aren't gaining. I lived on oats, eggs, lean meats, and spinach salads. Eat things your great grandmother would recognize. Whole foods. Not proceeded garbage you by in a box and nuke for 2 minutes. Not protein shakes. If you really insist in peanut butter try the natural kind on whole wheat bread.

Cliff notes, it really is your diet.

I dont recall J Cutler having PBJs in his diet is this a bulker? Ok and you think your test is bunk? You only have 1 1st cycle and thats the one you really see the most changes to your body. But you blew that by not having your diet checked out.

Specifically what are you eating that is a complex carbohydrate. We eat bland tasting shit like steel cut oatmeal because it tastes good. No really. You eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. white bread, that is not a complex carb. White bread and similar products are full of simple carbs that convert to sugar in your blood stream causing an insulin spike. This leads to fat deposits being retained because that is what insulin does. Even with a quality diet bodybuilders that use insulin post workout see fat deposits accumulating. Jelly? You think you can eat sugar laden products and a gram of carbs is a gram of carbs. Maybe it works that way in general populationville, but not in the world we live in. You have the same mindset as the majority of the population. The majority are overweight and flabby. Is that purely coincidental or is it possible we might be onto something you haven't figured out yet.

Change sources and then do an 8 week cycle consisting of 1500 mgs of test-e or test-c weekly and give us an update! If you still do not make gains you are going to need an oral like d-bol thrown into the mix. Next step would be to add tren!
