    heres a pic of my body, my cal intake has to be 3800 to bulk and i intake 286g protein 469g carbs and 80g fat

    cals from protein = 1143
    cals from carbs =1905
    cals from fat = 762

    think im 10 cals over but thats fine

    i want this lifestyle it take 110% dedication but i love it. you gain respect and get biches.

    but even if you do small dosages like 30mg -50 surely you will get your test working straight after again. bodybuilders take upto 1400mg dosage ! thats mad

    THose doses will just shut you down and more than likely put you at a level below what you produce naturally.

    Look man it's one thing for you to come on here and not listen and be argumenative. But when you start posting pictures of my 14 year old niece. Thats crossing the line man.

    Your diet and training must be way off based on your pictures. You could easily put on 15 lbs of lean mass if you ate and trained right.

    What is your exact diet including macros per meal and portions of each food
