First off I would like to thank everyone for there replays and concerns . Not sure on my body fat . How do you measure? I am 33 . The belly is not huge . More of a beer belly . Like I said I am 185 the most fat I got is my belly I am normally 175 . My goal for first cycle is a lot of cardio plus try and bulk up a bit at same time . I respect everyone's opinion on what I should do . I have been doing research for about a month . Honestly I started my injections today . I used 25g 1 1/2 inch felt like I was going to fante . What are other injection spots that work effectively also size of pin . Please need as much info I can get . Also if any one can recommend a good diet .

i c what cape was talking talking about now. fellas we have another ill advised unplanned cycler. your are literally boutta throw a cpl hundred dollars out the window. things i highlighted in green you should have researched before you started.
