    You have only been lifting for 1 yr.You are in no way ready for aas.You need to learn about your body and wat it responds to best.You need to learn how to eat diet is key in lifting.And you need to build a base beacuse it takes a few years to do that.Quit looking for shortcuts.

    Missed that Agree. Tendons and ligaments can't handle
