You do realise its the caffeine you crash off not the 1.3dmaa in jack, I take roughly 8-10x's the dose of 1.3dmaa thats in jack3d along with ephedrine and on occassion some other goodies and 0 crash, reason being there is no caffeine
Just buy bulk 1.3dmaa its far cheaper then buying jack and far more effective then the nominal amoints they put into their supp (soon to be none because its banned in most countrys worldwide now), thats why they use the caffeine, to cut costs

Agreed. Jacked is extremely bad for you - most preworkouts are and you become addicted to the caffeine. I had some mates who have been working out for three to four years and never missed taking preworkouts (white flood, jacked, mesomorph) and when they came off it they felt the worst they had with headaches, feeling sick and all that for about two or three weeks. In Australia they even had a news report on preworkout substances talking about how bad they are for you - in particular jacked. It can mess up so many things from your heart to bodily functions and even start tricking you into believing you always need caffeine. Anyway, my two cents and it's my belief that if you need something to pump you up before going to the gym then you shouldn't be going. If the only thing that motivates you is a preworkout then that's pretty sad to be honest.
dont believe everything you see or hear in the media, alot is b.s. including these reports I have in bold
Jack and other supps got bad press so they can justify banning 1.3dmaa, reason for the ban you ask? nothing to do with the supp industry, its because its is turning up in rec drug circles with various uses (i cant go into anymore detail as its against rules) its all b.s in media, dont believe it, instead dig deeper and find the truth, and you stated caffeine, sure how can they ban a supp for containing caffeine, then they would have to ban tea and coffee aswell, its all lies
No I completely agree mate. The media is a disgrace in Australia and I often just find myself laughing at some of their stories. So much corruption in this world you can't tell the truth from the false. News stories I find are for people who are either narrow minded or the older generations who believe anything they see on television - but that's a whole other story haha. Anyway, I have heard some bad things about jacked and it's down to a matter of personal preference I suppose. I've know a few people who have studied human movements and nutrition and what have you and said the ingredients in preworkout supplements are often pointless and even harmful - often depending on the person but you know what I mean. I just don't see the need for pointless substances such as caffeine and whatever else (can't think of them at the moment) going into your body. I see some people on here saying if they go without a preworkout at the start of the day, then they become angry and tired and rude to everyone for the whole day. But if they do take it, they feel really friendly and outgoing. Don't you think that is a bit strange? First signs of becoming dependent on preworkouts and that is definitely not a good thing.
Like I said above, I just take beta alanine and I could take two scoops a day and still be under the normal range of beta alanine intake. However I just take one scoop of beta alanine and one scoop of creatine monohydrate every morning, even on non workout days. Gives you the tingling sensation without doing any harm to you. But yeah, personal preference I guess.
