OK so I started out as an ectomorph kid. I was about 6" tall and 125 lbs. that was about 10 years ago... I didn't know anything about how to eat or workout but I knew I wanted to make a change... So I worked hard for a year and gained about 5lbs. I was thoroughly disappointed to say the least. so for the next few years I halfheartedly stayed in the gym still with minimum gains. Until a guy who i went to school with transferred to my dept. at work. In school he was as skinny as me and now he was in shape to say the least. So I started asking questions and taking notes about how to eat and how to work out. When I applied this new diet and workout I started seeing results! So Just like we all do when we start noticing a good change in our body's I felt more confident to talk openly about my workout or stuff that happened at the gym.. One day one of my other co-workers overheard one of my gym convo's and his response was "you going to the gym?.... huh... cant tell..." now if this was coming from a gym vet i would have prolly felt a lil bad about it. But this guy was about 40% bf and smoked about 2 packs a day... but i did use it as mental bulletin board material. And haven't looked back... now I'm 30, 185 lbs, and about 12% bf and guess what that hater is still fat and miserable.... moral of the story: Haters gonna Hate, be true to yourself. and use negative comments for bulletin board material...

Anyone else have any stupid Hater remarks to share?
