Thread: First Cycle

    First Cycle

Hey guys, I'm starting my first cycle. I don't want to do anything too crazy for my first cycle, going with Test E 300mg (mon/thurs pins at 150mg per pin) and going with Clomid for four weeks 100/50/50/50 afterward my cycle is complete.

    Heres my stats

    Age: 21
    Weight: 175
    Height: 5'10

I saw that some people go with two different PCT's at the same time, like doing Clomid and Nolva at the same time. Not sure if thats completely necessary, but you guys would know more than I would.

Also, I've been reading a lot about AI's, I'm not sure which is a good one to go with. I want to use an AI just to be on the safe side, I've heard Aromasin is good. Any suggestions?

Not sure exactly how to use an AI on a cycle as well, as in how much I'd take per day or per week, etc.

I hate to have to say this but you really need to wait till your older. There are many threads hear you can read in why people below mid-late 20's should not cycle. If you don't fully understand why/what an AI is just an example why you need to research more and give your body a chance to level off before you start introducing synthetic hormones into your body. At your age the risks far out weigh the possible rewards. Best of luck and I'm sure others will chime in with this exact same advise, so please give it some though.

You're doing yourself a disservice. Later in life you will enjoy telling people of your accomplishments when "not on". Not only that, you will enjoy knowing it yourself. Why cut yourself short?

I can't wait to start getting massive natural gains with this new diet and tell people I am not using. Why not do the same?

I appreciate the advice guys. Are any of you very experienced with non anabolic supplements?

I'm sure if I get on a strong supplement cycle it will help.

Unlike most people I'll take the advice of guys who seem to know a lot about gear and hold off for awhile. I believe the reason I want to get into it is because I work in the music industry and a lot of the people I work with are all 25+ and a few of them are on gear.

And honestly my diet isn't too great. I need to find some type of sufficient diet plan.

Most people are experienced with non-anabolic supplements. I assume you mean things like creatine, beta alanine etc. Just hold off bro - you'll feel better and your life will be better. You don't just "find a sufficient diet plan". You have to research and make your own suitable to your own needs. I took time out of my days to research and research. No reason not to.

What about something along the lines of GP Clen? Would that combined with good supplements like protein and creatine be a good combination for my young age?

Thanks again guys. This is a perfect example of why active knowledgable forums are one of the best things the internet can offer.

Just don't think about taking any other products except for "natural" ones such as creatine, beta alanine, multivitamins, whey/casein protein. You don't need anything else mate. Natural gains are by far the best at your age. You will look better, feel better and people will have the impression that you are juicing (if your diet is in check).

Head over to the nutrition section and post up a proposed diet and get it looked at. Get that lined out and you'll never wanna here the words GNC or supplement store again. However. A good multi vitamin, B complex, fish oil, and 1-2 protein shakes never hurt. But keep in mind that most nutrients come from FOOD. Supplements are meant to be used in addition to diet planning.
