    I'd lean bulk honestly.. I think Flacco read your post wrong.. he thinks you're trying to lose 12-15% bf.

    If your diet n cardio are in check losing a few % bf is definitely obtainable while putting on some quality lbm.

    What I wanted to hear.
    Diet and cardio will be in check.
    I walk the dogs for 30-45mins a day and throw in a few stair sessions once or twice a week.
    Diet is around 3600 cals.

    So running at 17-18% bf will be okay so long as diet and cardio in check?

    Most will recommend to cut you BF down a bit before cycling. Its a recommendation. You can choose to take the advice or not. Everything looks good IMO as far as your goals. Definitely attainable.
