    Guilty.
I don't plan my workouts ahead of time, besides knowing what muscles I'm going to work.
I just go with the flow and adjust my sets and exercises based on what I'm feeling and what equipment is open...so that I don't have a ****ing brain aneurism waiting on people to vacate a station. I have plenty of stress in my life and the gym is one of my few meditative/cathartic escapes, so I'm sure as shit not going to stress about when I'll get to use my favorite dumbbell or whatever.
However, when someone asks me how many sets I have left, I just answer "probably a couple more" and ask them if they want to work in with me. If they aren't satisfied with that answer, **** them. I'm not an airline and I don't owe you a departure time.

Yep same here, if I just start, I say I'll be on here a while, but u can jump in, if an exercise is working and I feel it, I'll do up to 6 sets with a few warmups haha, ppl probably bitch about me all the time in the gym haha
