    Nobody will be flaming anybody or they won't last long here.

    As far as i'm concerned, the approach to training and dieting doesn't change much from one goal to the other. The 'aesthetic' look you're referring to still requires a good muscle base with a low bodyfat percentage. Nothing different than anybody is trying to do here save the few 'powerlifter' types who don't have much regard for bodyfat. If you don't want to get 'huge' but are already muscular, then it's a matter of getting as lean as you want to be while maintaining muscle mass, and then maintaining that look indefinitely.

    I think it all depends on where you're at now. What are your current stats? How long have you been training?

    Current stats ;
    age 24
    weight 182
    height 5'11
    bf% 10-12 (a guess)
    years training 5

    The body fat percentage is a guess to be honest. I look lean in the front, yet I have sort of a ghetto booty because I think i store almost all my fat in my ass. I will put up a couple of posed pics when I get home so you guys can see better. I also think I have a slight anterior pelvic tilt so I find it really hard to guess my bf%. if you could point me to the right direction on the training routine for what I am looking for I would be extremely grateful gbrice, thanks for taking the post seriously aswell.
