Sorken they say cardio is best in the morning, because you metabolism rises steady from wake up until in peeks at mid-day. So if you do your cardio pre-lunch time your metab. stays boosted for a longer amount of time post-lunch time. No matter what though, you want to incorporate cardio into your resistance training program, so if before bed is the only time you can do it, then by all means do it then.Originally Posted by Sorken
