deff drop the bf to 15% atleast! not hard. -500 daily calories, gym 5 days a week, cardio 2-3 days a week. and then in a few months start your first test only cycle. instead of 250mg once a week, do it twice a week. and deff look into proper pct. also have an ai on hand as you will most likely be prone to gyno cause of your bf. maybe look into an hcg so your balls stay normal sized.
