Game plan=
Bulk for the first 5 weeks and gain 15-20 pounds and have lifts go up. Then take a week or two off to maintain gains, then jump onto Kdrol to lean out and drop some of the water weight from test. Non methyl, gives my liver a 5 week recovery. Then jump from the K to anavar, where I will have more strength gains and hopefully lose more water/fat, will be running and doing cardio as well. Then will be cut as ****. Bulk and cut all in one cycle with test e as a solid base to work off of. This is hands down the best way to get lean gains that can be kept after a cycle is over. Bulk and cut all in one.. Diet first 5 weeks will be eat everything, and the next 7 weeks will be eat everything too basically.

lifting 4years past 2.5 have been 5days a week consecutively. First time pinning, needs tons of pinning advice... Scared as faurkkkkk!!!
