Your protein is too high for your stats. 220g is enough for you. Fats are ok maxed at 70g and the rest of a 3000cal diet should come from COMPLEX/STARCHY carbs. Don't have more than 10g fat in a meal that contains carbs.
Stem is rite, sum how I managed to work your protein intake out with you being 85kg... My bad
