Sleep Apnea and Steroids

I just ordered the pure sleep mouth piece, gonna give it a try I have suffered from bad obstructive sleep apnea since around 8yrs old due to a bad accident(truck ran me over). I didn't take to the cpa machine.....kinda of excited about trying it as it kinda feels like I have been up for months.

Keep us posted on that. Im interested. Apnea never really bothered me, hell I didnt even know I had it till my ex wife told me. But it would be nice to fix it and not irritate/wake up anyone next to me.

Mouth piece doesn't work ask my wife. Cpap machine has begun filling me with air/ gas. Can't use any more. ENT Dr wants to remove soft palet and tonsils. Insurance wont pay. Weight isn't an issue with me although it gets worse on cycle. Provigil helps with lack of sleep.
