No doubt about it, I need more experience before I do anything else. Mygoals are to be lean, but cut to pieces. The guy who plays Thor, Zyzz, Brad Pitt in Troy. I am not really after any huge gains, just hard and soild. I would like to have 16 inch arms cold, maybe bigger if you guys think. Nice sized legs (I have always had chicken legs) and well rounded and symetrical. I want the dry and hard look that you just cant get through just diet and exercise. I would like to walk around at a big 185 ish, that is, if you guys think so. I wish I knew how to post pics up and Iwould so yall could see the canvas that I had to work with.

Tren and I are good buddies. I'm currently on 1000mg of tren e EW, 250mg test e EW, 600mg mast e EW, 75mcg t3 ED, 100mcg clen ED, and 5iu HGH ED. (Mid way through my contest season, probably will run this up until NPC Nationals in November and then take a break/cruise on test & hgh for a while)

That being said... i am an easy going calm guy, but tren definitely makes me a bit more of an asshole. My fuse is a little shorter, and i can be a bit more of a 'dick' on it. When i'm on tren my gf and family usually don't like me as much (and vice versa - hah). But tren does WONDERS to your physique. With a proper diet and workout plan it will turn you into a freak. Respect it and you should be fine. Start with a low dose of tren a and if the sides get bad than just discontinue use and you know it's not for you

My buddy is on tren and test-e 500mg each a week. He looks amazing. Night sweats and insomnia crushed him but he was able to get a prscription sleep aid that fixed it. Lean and cut are essentially the same thing. Its always good to be very specific on your verbage so your communicating exactly what you mean in order to get the best feedback/advice on here. Remember: YOU CAN NOT CUT WHATS NOT THERE. Although it is possible to create size gains and reduce bodyfat at the same time, typically you focus on one or the other in order to get the most out of it. Anyone that has lifted for any amount of time has learned we all individually have certain muscle groups that respond amazingly and others that dont. The only way to get those lagging muscle groups to grow, is to eat like a horse and lift heavy. Inevidably you will increase BF% when doing this mostly becasue of the coloric intake. Wanting to look like guys you see on TV and movies and mags is a HUGE TRAP, be careful. They do not walk around looking that way everyday. Most times they have dehydrated all the water out from under their skin which you can only really do for a day or 2. Decide what you want to grow on your body, lift heavy and eat loads and loads of clean calories, then cut. Don't try to add size on your legs or arms while also trying to cut. Unless you are a genetic freak, its a trap, and you will end up getting frustrated.
