    you guys cycle on and off multiple times a year

    thats taking a massive toll on your body

    For maintaining gains post cycle I believe a few things are most important.

    1) do not cut immediately after a cycle. I know a lot of guys due this due to the excess fat gains while on cycle if they are going for a super bulk.     2) Use HCG while on cycle. This will make recovery a lot faster and easier meaning you body swill start producing test again a lot quicker assisting in holding on to gains.

    3) Eat above your TDEE. Like I said your body will already be reducing a size in bit so combat that by eating a bit above maintenance (I would personally say 500 calories over as you don't want to go to high or else you will increase fat gains, especially post cycle.)

    4) Continue to hit the gym hard. I know this sounds extremely obvious but I know there are guys out there that lose that mental edge once they are off. It's like the motivation just goes out the dam window. Keep yourself motivated and try to lift like you're on.

    5) Proper PCT consisting of Nolva and Clomid. This will make recovery a lot faster and smoother.

    6) Get blood work done. If after PCT your still low on test you may have to take additional steps in ensuring your body once again produces its natural test levels.

    That's just my 2 cents. Hope it helps.

    the problem is you are talking like everyone wants to compete.
    yes blasting and cruising has its place. But its not for everyone.
    So for the average user pct is a better choice.
    Your just being narrow minded.

    NO PCT lost down to 178.

    sounds like a damn good job to me.

    thats a good 7 lbs you could have kept if you cycled lower test.

    my point is PCT is not needed you can recover just fine "naturally" -- funny isnt it?

    ive gone off cold turkey before. lost size which is gonna happen as i said. when you are on juice you keep everything.

    and i was just fine.

    Once again... admins and mods banning people because they're giving conflicting opinions? You're telling me that shutting your system down, kickstarting it, shutting it down, kickstarting it, rinse and repeat 20 more times is better for you than keeping your body in homeostasis?

    While I do agree that some people don't want to compete and don't want to get as big as blasting and cruising allows, there are people on this site who have run 8-10-20+ cycles... something tells me they want to get big and are never as big as they want to be if they're still cycling... so why are you feeding them this nonsense that will only hold them back from their goals?

    I was say most people doing 8+ cycles are blasting and cruising at that point.

    A lot of our members or the people posting in this section arent at that point. So giving out advice to stay on all the time on a first cycle isnt really good advice.

    After doing a lot more reading around here... I wouldn't suggest half these people even touch juice in the first place, never mind consider staying on.

    And not because it's unhealthy, but because the knowledge these guys have before using is next to nil. It's depressing, actually...

    When I started my run I had no intentions of staying on, but after seeing how much you have to gain from staying on, and how much you have to lose from coming off it was a no brainer. The difference was, I knew a ton about what I was doing before I ever touched it, and when I decided not to come off all I had to do was brush up on cruising protocols, which are really simple.

    If more people here knew about what they were using, how to counter the sides, and how to keep themselves as healthy as possible while on it would be a no brainer... but this site apparently harbors all the people who don't want to do any research before they jump on.

    Absolutely dependent on your natural genetic potential, and your dedication to feeding your body to keep it the same way with diet and work. If say you got larger than your body your you could ever sustain with diet and work...you will for sure lose that much, without additional help. The natural body can only do so much

    First time I have been told to blast hcg post cycle for 2 weeks while test is clearing. Makes perfect sense, I like it. Can i just continue doing 500iu instead of 1,000iu for those 2 weeks?

    I dont need to parot, You will have the same experience as me in about another 30 years. Most of us realize you are just another stupid kid who thinks he knows everything like many of us did at your age but as time goes on we realize just how little we knew and wished we had listened to those who had more real life experience than us. We have several more intelegent young members who have listened and are willing to learn from their friends mistakes and our advise. What can you learn from having some friends who did this and that and are all fine when they are 18-22, thats nothing. Check in again when they are 30+ Many here can contest to having problems later down the roard.

    Yeah it's called RULES and the Admin gets to make them, change them and carry out banning as he pleases even if you think it's unfair. It's his/their site, not yours. I have seen a lot worse on other sites where even long time members get banned because they report a bogus source who happens to be a sponsor. How fair is that?     Nice story but I think that is what it is; a story. He is probably the cool dad who let you drink at home? bring girls home etc? Yeah right. We have plenty of dads here who also have plenty of cycle experience and have sons but they are smart enough to steer them clear from aas use as long as possible knowing it's the wrong way to do things. Did you mom teach your sister how to make more money being a stripper also? Hopefully not. Because maybe he did it does not mean it's the right way to do things and most parents realize this. So as far as your dad goes. FAIL...
