I would do some calculating.
1) What is your body weight?
2) What is your bf % (gotta be somewhat accurate).
3) 1)-2) = Lean Body Mass (LBM)
4) Calculate Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR, you can google it)
5) Calculate TDEE based on your activity rate (you can google it)
6) Determine how much weight you want to gain over what period of time (for example, let's say you want to gain 10lbs in 10wks)
7) Look up a good bulking diet in this section and break the diet into TDEE calories per day.
8) It takes approximately 3300 calories to gain 1 lb so you have to eat TDEE Calories + 3300/7 Calories per day. Then you will gain 1lb in 1 week.
You can adjust the numbers for how much weight you want to gain over a certain period of time.
