Week 1-12: Test c or e at 500mg (2 x 250mg; m and th); ai (aromasin or adex at .25ml or .5ml eod) this is fine; hcg at 1000ui daily are you planing on doing 1000iu of hcg a day for 12 weeks? If so its to much in my opinion , you should be fine with 500 iu of hcg eod or 3 times a week
pct: Starting 14day after last injections(o.k.), novaldex/clomid at 100mg/20mg for 6 weeks; hcg 500ui daily for 3 weeks; ai .25ml daily for 5 weeks; vit e 1000ui daily for 3 weeks.
for pct, i would go with clomid on the first day @ 300mg, second day @200mg ,third day 100mg, remaining of the weeks 50mg a day for a total of 6 weeks.
Nolvadex 40 mg for the first week, and 20 mg for the remaining of the weeks.... I dont think you will need hcg at the end , but if you still want to go ahead and be safer, then you can use 2500 iu on the first day\ week you start your pct, then 5days later 1500iu and 5 days after that, another 1500iu ( total of 3 injections in 15 day period )
i would also use proviron for the entire 12 weeks with your test @ at least 25mg a day... 50mg would be better, to free up more test in your body.... I love proviron with my test cycles.
1. Are the values i have above correct in terms of mg's, ml's and ui's?
2. When should i be injecting hcg? Day before test injection or day of? it does not matter
3. Test c or e, is one recommended over the other? no, they are almost the same... Test c stays a little longer in your body over test e, nothing you will notice, they are both long esters... Actually most people inject 2 times a week like you are doing ( monday and thursday), but if you really want to, you can do 500mg of test e or c once per week, just put 2 cc in the syringe on monday and be done and over with...since you using test e or c, your blood level will be stable any ways, its not like you using test p ; there you need to inject more often, to keep your blood levels stable.
please let me know if there are any adjustment i should make before i get started.
Thank you.
