    I've been drinking the bottled green tea by the case then my kid pointed out to me it has the "wrong" kind of sweetener. Damn!

    Ya I buy the powdered form. Unsweetened. Tastes like feet but no sugary additive. Marsala is supposedly the highest for antioxidant benefits.

    I drink about a gallon of green tea per day. I like the taste and I know it has some antioxidant health benefits but cant really say I've lost any fat directly from the green tea.
