    Drop the winny and up the test to 250 twice a week. Run the test for 12 weeks and you can run the hcg at 250 iu twice a week from day 1 till you start pct. You will need more time to recover from your workouts. Combine triceps and shoulders, then combine your back and biceps. You can drop to 3 days with weights and have 5 days with cardio. Run the nolva at 40/40/20/20 for pct.

    What if he is 16 years old and @ 40% BF?
