So a good first time cycle of test/tren could be 200mgs of test and 200mg's of tren? Also do you do any running, sprints, cardio on tren? Most say it hurts it alot, but some say no difference.

A good first tren run would be 100mg test per week with 250mg tren per week.

I don't do cardio. I know a lot of people have said that tren hampers cardio ability while you're on it. I wouldn't say it makes it 'hurt' more... It just makes you more winded. This is due to the prostaglandin F2 Alpha increase that tren increases.

Prior to this cycle i'm on now, I only ever used tren at no more than 300-400mg per week. And I did a full out 13 kilometer ruck march once (with no work-up training for it) with absolutely no problems and I was on a tren cycle at the time. I would gather that the cardio suppressive effect from tren really only starts to manifest itself at higher doses. At 250mg per week of tren, you won't notice a thing. At 900mg per week, you'll probably get winded just going up a flight of stairs.
