It depends on how bad it is, how long you had it, what your lvls are, whats going on inside. Lots of variables.

If it is caught very early, it is usually a few days, weeks or months? Only reason for me asking is incase I get it and have to either explain to the wife,or keep it hid.

Its really an individual basis, I got mine and was unprepared and didn't have anything on hand, so it took about a week to start treatment.
