Is Con-Cret creatine good? powder vs capsules?

Since I tried it I have to admit the stuff is 100% legit.
If I could afford more of it I'd buy a lot more.
Funny---I've been using Muscle Pharm creatine because it has 5 different types of creatine and my results have suffered.
I'm going back on Con-Cret next month.

no i went to the store across the street and bought one there for 36.oo cnd maybe its expensive i haven't shopped around. i don't usually use supplements when i can use gear
