    The average male will never need TRT. A small percentage of us, for whatever reason, will become symptomatic of low test levels and seek treatment.

    OK. didn't want to get in a debate over the meanings of the words "want" and "need".

    Would you agree that a good percentage of men in their 40's would BENEFIT from TRT?
