Injectable vb12. From a-rr

Another question regarding B12 from AR-R. There seem to be two options available, both from Cytex, one costs nearly three times as much as the other? What am I missing? I don't see a difference between them, other than the pictures.

One is 30ml and the cheaper one is 10ml.
