it was my first cycle, i did a 1mg shot every three days and only took the Dbol on days i worked out, 2 hours before, did both for 8 weeks, knowing what i know now i would have taken it 50mgs daily, split up on non workout days, and 50mgs two hours before a lift
when i started i couldn't even get 275 ONCE, at the end of the cycle i hit 315 for 3, its been two months since the end of my pct and strength has been going up since then
