but i'm more and more developing the belief that splitting a dose has minimal benefit. yes, it stabilizes the blood serum levels. but if once a day, you get a huge spike. and during that spike, the benefit is MORE than if a lower dose as in a split dose.

the bottom line is that over the course of the day, the AVERAGE blood serum level is the same, whether split or all at once.

with var, I usually take 100mg all at once. in the past, i've split the dose for an entire cycle, and really didn't notice any different between that and a split dose.

but don't take my word for it. experiment on your own and develop your own preference.

The only time i think splitting a dose is beneficial is when there is a negative consequence during the "crash" phase. An example of this is testosterone. Splitting a dose and managing the "crash" is beneficial because the trough in the blood serum is correlated to mood swings and sometimes depression. But this is not typical with powders, as far as i can tell. I think the anabolic effect is minimal when comparing splitting a dose vs. not splitting a dose.
