It's not the a-dex. It's the tren. I have the same issues. How long have you been running current cycle? I hope not the entire 3 years.

Def not. I'm going for a 16 week cycle. I was on 750mg Test alone from week 1-8. Week 8-16 Upped the test and started Tren. I've been on Tren for only 4 weeks. My body seems to gain fat and hold water "differently" with tren. People keep asking me If I'm getting ready for a show, because my shoulders/Chest/Arms are very lean + vascular, though I only have visible abs when flexed. I'm eating Approx 4500-5000 Cals a day. Almost all of it is clean.
This is weird, because this is my second time with Tren ace. First time I used Prop and Tren ace, last year for a 8 year bulker and didn't have any joint issues. Maybe it's the low BF + staying very dry? I remember maybe 12-3 months ago I ran a cycle of Sust + Deca and I would literally start warming up with 135lbs with military shoulder press for 20 reps. Now..I have to start with the bar...95lbs...literally 5-10 minutes of warming up on Chest/Tri/Shoulder day. I don't understand how my joints could have taken such toll in a year?
