Holy crap! based on the Anthropometric way of measuring (measuring your neck, abdominal then calculating it with my height and weight), I'm in 24.65% body fat! As for length of training. Im very casual with my workouts like 3-4x a week since '05. I guess I gotta "step up my game". I got alot of work to do. Oh and thanks for the respond by the way. Also when reading the articles in the forum, I always see a reference to AI. I looked at the abbbreviations threads and its not on there. what is AI?
