    Will I gain though ? It's alright I didn't pay for it,but I've heard its like £50 a tub

    Ummm, I guess? It depends though. I hope you're not relying on these shakes to get the carbs and protein you need.

    What does your diet look like? Include portions, times and macros.

    Well so far today I've eaten bowl of oats,4 eggs,a shake,rice and chicken.

    Alright Dude, spend some time doing this. But I want you to go in to Microsoft Excel and make an inventory of everything you eat. Separate each meal and log everything you consume, drinks included (include the time at which you consume these items). Write down the portion size, number of calories, grams of sugar, carbohydrates, grams of protein, fats for every meal you eat. Also log your protein shakes. Then post the excel sheets here or better yet in the diet section. I guarantee you, you'll get a lot of suggestions.
