    Thanks for the feedback. Helpful to know. I would think glutes would be way to go too. He said something about a nerve in glutes he is scared of hitting.

    Honestly...I love the quads! Big muscle=big target. Plus I don't have to try to twist myself like a fkn pretzel to get to em. If you hit a nerve, back out and hit another spot...and ALWAYS aspirate!!!! The first time I did prop I had soreness in my quads like somebody hit em with a ball bat. It was good stuff and after a week or so the pain went away. I actually kinda missed it in a weird way, kinda like when my muscles are not sore after a work out. I miss that feeling cause I feel like it isn't working (even when it is).
