Delt injection missed!

did both my delts yesterday right one, bam done no issue 1ml, left one, gf was talking to me .. aspirate and talking to her my 5/8 pin wasnt driven in 100% so now i have a 1ml of oil sitting under my skin this morning. my delt is a big massive lump. looks mad on my little arms actually. Hard to tell for redness as i have full arm sleeves, only so slightly warm to the touch. started massaging it and hit it with a foam roller. It has PIP, only thing that sucks is the bit of oil expanding to the top of my shoulder bone.. shes not liking that.

how should i monitor this through out the day and tomorrow , as im sure misses under the skin and muscle shealth take forever to absorb and go away... i assume ice is bad cause it will make the test crash... heat and massage and 400mg ibpf are more only friends?

my buddy just did this the other day and i gave him crap for it. Idk what you can do to help besides massage and roll like you've done but i know thats all he does. it should take a few days to go down

That's crazy but your body will absorb it, although a bit slower than if you hit the muscle. Some guys that are HRT actually put it in the belly fat under the skin to get that slow absorption rate and it's supposed to be pain free as well.

kids reading this, steroids really really really suck when you take something for granted. Ive done 1000's of shots of cycles and trt and ill tell you what all it takes is this one time of a huge lump in the shoulder and test flu to make u think never again...

Its going to be sore. Maybe even get very red where you pinned. My guess is it will take 1wk+ for it to go back to normal depending on how bad it was.
