You need to understand that we all have cancerous cells inside our bodies at all times. What keeps them in check is your immune system. This is true. Though HGH will not give you cancer, nor will it create cancer out of nowhere... if you have existing cancerous tumors, HGH will definitely speed up and exacerbate the cancerous process. This is something you definitely do not want.
