How to Bulking Up Lean Mass then keep the results?

Hi guys I am 19 years of age weight = 155 lbs and have 10% body fat. I have an extremely fast metabolism and I am wondering what should I take to increase my my weight to 176 lbs in terms of muscle mass. And also what should I take to retain the mass by cutting to 7% body fat. Thanks !!!

    Welcome to the forum!

Few things ill let you know before members start jumping in saying the same,

    1. Your too young for AAS, body isnt fully developed yet etc etc, wait till your 24~
    2. Doesn't sound like your diet is any good or that you've been lifting for more then 6 months at most. in short Diet<Workout, Post up your diet and stats in the Nutrition section.
    3. AAS isnt a magical thing that will let you put on 20lbs of muscle in a month. It all comes down to your diet. You get out of your body only what you put in and im not talking bout downing your 1 off protein shake after your workout.

*by now you should realize how serious having a good diet is in order to put on some lean muscle*

Basically a quick sum of everything iv said, just jump onto the nutrition side before jumping onto the AAS wagon.

Your best bet is to take food! Head of to the nutrition section because at your age the right diet will pack on plenty of quality muscle. Do that for a few years and when you're old enough then you can think about extra help if you need it.

Diet is spot on. I used to weigh 139 lbs 10 months ago, I put on a quite a bit lean mass and really dont have much fat. I just can't get it to my desired 176 lbs with 7% bodyfat. I know I am young but I couldnt care really, I cant be bothered to wait till 24 to be honest. I am not asking to use a ton of AAS like most bodybuilders, just something that can help me put on more mass and then retain it while dropping bodyfat.

You want to weigh 176lbs? Eat like a 180lb person would. I know this isnt what you want to hear but its the truth, i bet you have never heard of what HRT is, does pinning yourself every week for the rest of your life sound like fun? all for the few moments of glory? all honesty 170lbs isnt even big?

Just take a few moments to honestly read these links and after that come back and tell me if your still in your ignorant mindset.

You'll have better results by bulking up first then cutting. This lean mass thing is imo nearly a hoax or urban legend. It just isn't as effective as doing it the tried and true way. So do a bulking cycle for 10-16 weeks then come off and pct or bridge if you dont want to come off then run a cutter. More important than gear is Diet and training. If your diet isn't right you wont gain anything and if your training is off your progress wont be nearly as impressive.

If I had a dollar for every time "My diet is spot on". You would never see me again. I would buy an island and move. If your diet was spot on you wouldn't be skinny. I promise you. Work on diet and training.

diet being spot on is an exageration, but its definetly close to it. I get about 160grams protein a day and consume about 100 grams of carbs and get 8+ hours of sleep a day...
Just this diet proccess is way to slow.... Like I put on about 4-5 kg of lean muscle mass in 10 months although it doesnt look bad, it good look alot better.
Also its not about size for me, its all about physice which is my preference....

Wow. It seems like everyday there is a teenager wanting to juice! You guys are all the same STUBBORN as Hell and won't take NO for an answer. Plenty of good supps you can get at a local health store! You don't need testosterone when your body is producing your peak testosterone levels! Never again will your body produce that much testosterone naturally. 19...You are at your peak. Take advantage!

From this I can tell right off the bat your diet needs HUGE work. No surprise. Which takes time, trial and error, and most importantly commitment. 100g carbs??! HAHA. I have that many carbs before 9 am in the morning! I would be flabbergasted if a 19 year old kid knew how to eat.

You got to have a different attitude if you want to get a diet and have it work. Go to Nutrition Forum. Post your stats there and what your goal is. Your in a forum for AAS questions and answers.

So you come here hoping someone tells you exactly what AAS to take and it would work like magic? You can take any steroid you want and guarantee you that with your mentality it will be gone a few months if not weeks after you finish using them.

Yes diet is expensive but so is roids, at least food doesnt have side effects. Also everyone here is older and has a lot more shyt to pay than you so is not an excuse. I know you just want to get a cycle and be on your way but is not going to happen. This site is to promote knowledge and understanding of AAS so it is performed as safe as possible, not your case.

Thats not going to happen overnight bro. Thats going to take more than another 10 months, your talking about putting on 21 more pounds of lean muscle dude. YOU NEED TO EAT, go HAM In the gym and do this for 6 more years. Then you can consider. AAS. If your gonna do it anyway, then you need to read all the stickies up top twice, better yet go to the TRT forum and talk to those guys, they will tell you whats gonna happen to you later on down the road, because you starting this early your not gonna stop after one mild cycle. Read all the stickies in the nutrition section. I bet you don't know what TRT is.
